Here's a little something I found on the net about Target sales:
Target's full prices end in 9. So the first price tag will be $14.99 or $27.99, something like that.
Then, every time Target discounts the product, the final digit of the price drops.
The lowest the last digit will drop is 4.
If you see something you want at Target and the price ends in 4, buy it. The price won't go any lower.
Now you know. And knowing is half the battle.

If you'd give us a hint on the name, maybe people wouldn't have to call it "a bump." Clues? Gerald thinks if it's a girl, you're gonna' name her "Seven." He's such a joker, ha, ha, ha. By the way, he's not up at this insane hour, I was supposed to write that in response to your blog six million years ago.
Why, at almost 3 a.m., do they make the verification about twelve letters long? Like I can type ANY verification at 3 in the morning, let alone a twelve-letter-er.
