Fact: Everytime I use eggs, instead of throwing the shells away I put them back into the carton and say to myself, "I need to smash these up as compost for the garden."
What's Strange: I do not have a garden. I have never had a garden. I don't plan on having one anytime soon.

seriously, I have this thing, it probably could be considered slightly OCD--when I'm really stressed I get into this thing of having to chew my food and odd number of times. i used to do it almost constantly when i was young; now i just find myself doing it occasionally, i think when i'm really stressed. i do have the will-power to make myself stop, which is good. i'm absolutely POSITIVE i have some other strange behaviors, just none come to mind right now.

okay, first off, i'm not a blog hog; i just wanted to correct what i said about the cream of mushroom/crockpot recipe--i realized before i dumped all the ingredients in that it calls for cream of CHICKEN--just in case anyone was worried.

ok, I'm SO glad that you cleared that up because as soon as I read it I was completely horrified and began screaming at the computer screen - "NO! NO! NO!!!! It's cream of CHICKEN soup dammit!" lol
The cream of chicken is *much* better. Although it does call for 4 ingredients, which I think is way too many. I'm all about simple recipes. CrockPot Tuesday at our house tonight: Chicken Breasts + 1can of Salsa= taco meat. See...isn't that simple? :)
OH! love that idea. i love tacos and so does my family, but i hate fryin(not a typo--albama-ease) up the taco meat--enough meat for us takes forever to cook; plus, i love chicken tacos...dammit. it just fit good there.
maybe i'll fix crockpot tacos on Thursday...hmm, crockpot Thursday has a nice ring to it also. Thursday can also be a bit crockpot crazy around here.
well, here i go...the pickup/dropoff marathon begins.
