Helpful Hint of the Day-RSS Feeds

Ok, so I actually don't do a hint of the day, so this will be my first ever.
Lemme just tell you about RSS Feeds, an abbreviation for Really Simple Syndication.
Basically, an RSS Feed-site streamlines your internet surfing options by compiling any new "stuff" from blogs, podcasts, news feeds, etc onto one main website. The reader can then check the subscribed feeds to see if any of those feeds have new content since the last time it was checked, and, if so, retrieve that content and read it on one site.

Basically, if you read about 787 blogs a day like me, instead of clicking over to each and every blog multiple times throughout the day checking for updates, you can go to your feed-site where there will be a list of all the blogs that you read and will tell you if any of them have posted new content. It's a BIG time-saver and you really should try it.
I use bloglines, but you can also use Yahoo, GoogleReader, Netvibes, etc.
If you STILL don't get it, click here for an easy to understand and short video visual.

Go....sign up for a blog-reader and streamline your internet time. It will give you more time to change the oil in your car, launder your linen napkins, knit wool socks for winter, learn to sculpt pottery, sign up for yoga class, and floss your teeth (because really, who has time for that anyway?). Go! Do it now! You can thank me later.

Thanks for telling me about this the other day...
I have LOVED it...even though I'm not a blog-o-maniac like you...I only have like 10 feeds, but it's growing!
